EKI Energy Services Limited has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and year. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹16,461.47 lakhs and consolidated revenue of ₹40,637.41 lakhs for the year, with standalone profit before tax at ₹1,650.26 lakhs and consolidated loss before tax of ₹13.53 lakhs. The board appointed M/s Agrawal & Dhoot as the new internal auditor for FY 2025-26 to FY 2027-28. It approved the sale of 10% stake in wholly owned subsidiary EKI Sustainability Services Private Limited to the Chairman & MD and the sale of 100% stake in wholly owned subsidiary Galaxy Certification Services Private Limited to an independent buyer. Both transactions are related party and arm’s length; the subsidiaries will cease to be wholly owned but remain subsidiaries or exit accordingly. The board also approved the demerger of the generation business segment pending regulatory approvals. The group has initiated strike-off procedures for certain subsidiaries and an associate following strategic decisions to close operations. An interim dividend of Rs. 2 per share was declared and proposed as final for FY 2024-25.
