Linc Limited — Board Meeting, 07-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Linc Limited has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue rose to Rs. 543.48 Cr from Rs. 507.85 Cr, with profit after tax at Rs. 38.04 Cr versus Rs. 34.21 Cr last year. The board declared a 30% dividend (Rs. 1.50/share), pending shareholder approval. Leadership updates include Ms. Mamta Binani joining as Independent Director and re-appointments of Shri Deepak Jalan as MD, along with Shri Aloke Jalan and Shri Rohit Deepak Jalan as Whole Time Directors, effective October 1 with revised pay. Linc also formed a JV with Ondesk Ventures to enhance e-commerce presence in India.
