EKI Energy Services Limited has announced a board meeting on May 07, 2025, approving the sale of its 100% stake in Galaxy Certification Services Private Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary, to Mr. Bhuwan Modi, a Chartered Accountant, for a net consideration of INR 10 lakh. Galaxy Certification contributed revenue of approximately INR 15.1 lakh and had a negligible net worth compared to the consolidated company as of FY 2024-25. The sale will be completed by June 30, 2025, after which Galaxy Certification will no longer be a subsidiary. This divestment streamlines EKI’s focus by shedding a minor non-core asset.
