Linc Limited — Important, 07-05-2025: Agreements

Linc Limited has formed a JV with Ondesk Ventures to launch Linc On Ecommerce Pvt Ltd, targeting e-commerce sales and distribution of Linc products in India. Linc holds 65% equity (Rs. 3 Cr paid-up capital) and retains management control with two directors including the chairman. Ondesk holds 35% and will appoint the CEO. This JV enhances Linc’s digital reach and distribution, positioning it to capture growing online market demand.
