Adani Green Energy Limited — Important, 07-05-2025: Updates

Adani Green Energy has announced a board meeting on the allotment of 7.62 lakh equity shares from convertible warrants held by Ardour Investment Holding Ltd at Rs. 1,480.75 per share. This raised about Rs. 85 crore, slightly increasing paid-up capital and promoter group holding to 61.16%. Ardour retains some convertible warrants for future conversion.
