Revenue surged to ₹4,575.62 Cr with net profit hitting ₹333.93 Cr for the year. The Board declared a final dividend of ₹2/share, totaling ₹11/share for FY25 including interim payouts. Strategically, they’ve appointed M/s Makarand M. Joshi & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five years and Mr. Nicolas Lecomte as Internal Auditor for FY26.
