Frontline Corporation has announced a reconstitution of its key board committees. Mrs. Dipika Pradeep Soni has been appointed Chairperson across the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Other members include Mr. Dipen Asit Dalal, Mrs. Neetu Jalan, and Shri Pawan Kumar Agarwal in various committees. The Company Secretary will continue as Secretary for all these committees. These changes aim to strengthen governance and oversight, enhancing the company’s operational and compliance framework for shareholders.
