Blue Star has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue rose 16% YoY to ₹249 cr, with EBITDA up 21% at ₹9.44 cr and EPS of ₹7.0. FY25 revenue grew 32% to ₹772 cr, EBITDA increased 24% to ₹28.76 cr, and EPS rose 39% to ₹7.3. Growth was led by Electro-Mechanical Projects and Commercial AC (27.2%) and Professional Electronics and Industrial Systems (22.4%), while Unitary Products declined 7.7%. The order book increased 11% to ₹6,053 cr. Management emphasized strong demand across segments, product expansion, and continued focus on R&D and ESG. Balance sheet remains healthy with ₹640 cr net cash.
