Minal Industries Limited has announced a board meeting in which the regularisation of Mr. Divyanshu Navlakha as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director was approved, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Navlakha, a Poona University graduate and trained gemologist, brings six years of experience in jewelry and gems, strong marketing skills, and international market contacts. He has been managing the company’s unit for two years and played a key role in acquiring Sitara Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. He is related to Managing Director Shrikant Jesinglal Parikh and is not disqualified or barred from holding directorship.
