Mercury Laboratories Limited has announced a board meeting to consider and approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, along with the draft Directors’ Report. The board will also discuss dividend declaration, and appointments of the Secretarial Auditor, Internal Auditor, and Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26. Additionally, it will fix the date and venue for the 44th Annual General Meeting and finalize the draft notice. The trading window has been closed since April 1, 2025, and will remain shut until 48 hours after the results are announced.
