Canara Bank has announced a board meeting on 8th May 2025 and proposed a 200% dividend (Rs. 4 per share, face value Rs. 2) for FY 2024-25. Shareholders registered by 13th June 2025 will be eligible for the dividend, which is subject to approval at the AGM.
