Bharat Forge Limited — Board Meeting, 08-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bharat Forge has announced a board meeting on May 8, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹15,323 Cr with a profit of ₹913 Cr for the year. The board proposed a final dividend of ₹6 per share (300% of face value) for shareholder approval. Ms. Sonia Singh and Mr. K.B.S. Anand have been approved for reappointment as Independent Directors for another five years. SVD & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to member consent. The 64th AGM is set for August 7, 2025.
