Bharat Forge has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Standalone revenue reached ₹2,163 Cr with PBT of ₹473 Cr and net profit of ₹346 Cr. Consolidated revenue was ₹3,853 Cr, PBT ₹424 Cr, and net profit ₹283 Cr. Earnings were affected by impairment provisions in the EV and embedded systems subsidiaries. The board approved a final dividend of ₹6 per share (300%). Independent directors Sonia Singh and K.B.S. Anand are set for re-appointment. Secretarial auditors SVD & Associates appointed for five years.
