Bharat Forge has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, and declared a final dividend of Rs. 6.00 per share (300%) pending shareholder approval. The Board strengthened governance by amending its Code of Conduct for Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of UPSI. It approved the reappointment of two Independent Directors and appointed M/s SVD & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, both subject to member approval. The 64th AGM is scheduled for August 2025.
