Bharat Forge has announced a board meeting on May 8, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue was ₹8,843.7 Cr, with net profit at ₹1,322.25 Cr. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹15,122.8 Cr, and consolidated net profit was ₹913.28 Cr. Exceptional losses arose mainly from impairment in electric vehicle investments. The board approved a final dividend of ₹6 per share (300%) and re-appointed two independent directors. SVD & Associates was appointed secretarial auditors for five years.
