Bharat Forge reported flat standalone revenues at Rs 8,844 Cr in FY25 with EBITDA margin rising 100 bps to 28.5%, driven by a better product mix. Defence new orders stood at Rs 9,420 Cr, making up 70% of group orders and strengthening defence order visibility. Ferrous castings saw strong growth with EBITDA up 35%. Export revenues were hit by tariffs and market volatility, leading to a cautious outlook for FY26. The company is focused on cutting e-mobility losses, boosting aluminium business, expanding North American manufacturing, and integrating AAM India to broaden its product range and domestic footprint.
