Bharat Forge reported stable FY25 revenues with a slight dip in standalone sales at Rs 8,844 Cr and a 2% rise in EBITDA to Rs 2,524 Cr, boosting margins to 28.5%. Consolidated revenues held steady at Rs 15,123 Cr with improved EBITDA margins at 18.2%. Defence orders are strong at Rs 9,420 Cr, driving 70% of new orders worth Rs 6,959 Cr. Ferrous castings grew sharply with 23% revenue and 35% EBITDA gains. Export markets face tariff headwinds; focus is on reducing e-mobility losses and scaling Defence, Aerospace, and castings for better FY26 profitability.
