Jyoti Resins and Adhesives Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted a standalone net profit of Rs. 1,978 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 7,317 lakh for the year. Total income stood at Rs. 8,118 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 29,509 lakh for the year. The board has approved a final dividend of Rs. 9 per share, pending shareholder approval. The company also plans to shift its registered office to Ahmedabad, subject to shareholder consent. Cash flows from operations were positive at Rs. 1,475 lakh, supported by healthy working capital management.
