Asian Paints Limited — Board Meeting, 08-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Asian Paints has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated net sales fell 4.5% to ₹33,797 Cr for FY25, while net profit dropped 32.8% to ₹3,667 Cr, impacted by impairment losses and divestment setbacks in Indonesia. The standalone business saw sales decline 5.4% to ₹29,421 Cr, with profits down 32.6% to ₹3,584 Cr. Decorative volumes grew 1.8%, but revenue was pressured by soft demand and competition, while industrial coatings rose 6.1%. The company declared a final dividend of ₹20.55/share, totaling ₹24.80/share for the year.
