Asian Paints has announced a board meeting confirming 10th June 2025 as the Record Date for final dividend entitlement of ₹20.55 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the 79th AGM on 26th June 2025. With the earlier interim dividend of ₹4.25 per share, total dividend for FY25 stands at ₹24.80 per share, rewarding shareholders despite a 32.6% drop in standalone net profit.
