Oil Country Tubular Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported a net loss of Rs. 10.84 Cr for the quarter and Rs. 70.05 Cr for the year, with EBITDA at Rs. 46.01 Cr for the full year. Promoter holding increased to 56.74% following the allotment of 41.5 lakh equity shares on conversion of preference shares at Rs. 65 each. Ms. Manjula Aleti will replace Mr. Sudhir Kumar Pola as Secretarial Auditor after his resignation.
