Kamdhenu Ventures has announced a board meeting on the approval of consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue fell to Rs 266.66 Cr from Rs 292.60 Cr year-on-year, with net profit down to Rs 4.20 Cr from Rs 13.85 Cr. The Paint segment remained the main revenue contributor at Rs 266.56 Cr. Despite margin headwinds, operational efficiencies helped retain profitability. The company has fully deployed Rs 65.25 Cr raised via QIP for investments, debt repayment, and corporate needs. Operational cash flows showed improvement.
