Oil Country Tubular Limited reported a net loss of Rs. 10.84 Cr for the quarter and Rs. 70.05 Cr for the year, with operating income of Rs. 125.77 Cr and EBITDA at Rs. 46.01 Cr for the year. The Board has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Ms. Manjula Aleti was appointed as secretarial auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval, while Mr. Sudhir Kumar Pola resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The company also raised equity capital by allotting 41.5 lakh shares on conversion of Zero Coupon OCPS, increasing promoter holding to 56.74%.
