Dollex Agrotech Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 08-05-2025: Rights Issue

Dollex Agrotech is raising ₹49.44 Cr through a rights issue, offering 1.49 crore shares at ₹33 each. Existing shareholders can buy 3 new shares for every 5 held as of May 14, 2025. If fully taken up, the equity base will increase from 2.50 crore to nearly 4 crore shares, diluting current holdings but providing fresh capital to fuel growth. Shareholders have the chance to maintain their stake by subscribing during the offer period from May 21 to June 4.
