Endurance Technologies Limited — JV/Acquisition, 08-05-2025: Acquisition

Endurance Technologies has announced a board meeting to consider acquiring the remaining 38.5% stake in Maxwell Energy Systems for ~Rs. 7.5 Cr. Maxwell, focused on advanced embedded electronics like battery management systems for EVs, has grown revenues from Rs. 19.6 Cr in FY22 to Rs. 63.1 Cr in FY24. This acquisition will give Endurance full control, boosting synergies and reinforcing its foothold in next-gen automotive electronics amid the EV transition.
