Chambal Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited — Board Meeting, 08-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Chambal Fertilisers has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue hit Rs. 16,646 Cr, with profit before tax rising to Rs. 2,452 Cr from Rs. 1,887 Cr last year. Profit after tax jumped to Rs. 1,649 Cr, driven by strong growth in the fertiliser segment generating Rs. 13,159 Cr in revenue. The company proposed a final dividend of Rs. 5 per share (50%). Cash and debt positions remain stable, reflecting solid operations and margin improvement.
