Jindal Stainless Limited — Board Meeting, 08-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Jindal Stainless has announced a board meeting on which it approved audited consolidated financial results, reporting revenue of ₹39,312 Cr and a net profit of ₹2,500 Cr, slightly dipping from last year. The board proposed a final dividend of ₹2 per share, adding to the interim ₹1 already paid. Strategic moves include acquiring 100% stakes in AGH Dreams Ltd and Utkrisht Dream Ventures Pvt Ltd for expansion, alongside a 9.62% stake in Mynd Solutions for ₹153.7 Cr. Vinod Kothari & Company was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval.
