Mayur Uniquoters Ltd — Others, 08-05-2025: Resignation

Mayur Uniquoters has announced a board meeting outcome approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. A final dividend of Rs. 5 per share (100%) was declared. Mr. Suresh Kumar Poddar is set for re-appointment as Chairman and MD & CEO for three years from April 2026. V.M. & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, while Pavan Gupta & Associates and S. Bhandari & Company LLP continue as Cost and Internal Auditors respectively for FY 2025-26. Company Secretary Mr. Pawan Kumar Kumawat resigned, succeeded by Mr. Kapil Arora. Mr. Pankaj Kumar Pandey joined as GM – Operations at Dhodsar plant, enhancing leadership and governance.
