Viceroy Hotels has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company signed an Operating Agreement with Marriott Hotels India to manage its new 200-room hotel in Madhapur, Hyderabad, branded as “Courtyard by Marriott.” Marriott will leverage its global expertise to enhance operations. The agreement extends for 30 fiscal years after the hotel opens. Marriott holds no equity or special rights in Viceroy, positioning the company to benefit from strong brand association without diluting ownership.
