EPL Limited — Board Meeting, 08-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

EPL Limited has announced a board meeting on the approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose 7.6% yoy to Rs. 4,213 Cr, while PBT surged to Rs. 422 Cr from Rs. 328 Cr. Net profit expanded sharply to Rs. 364 Cr against Rs. 210 Cr, driven by improved margins and operational efficiency. The Board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share. EPL continues to prioritize geographic diversification and operational resilience. Auditors were re-appointed, and a new secretarial auditor joined the team.
