Mayur Uniquoters Limited has approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, with both standalone and consolidated results audited without qualification. The Board declared a final dividend of Rs. 5 per share (100%). Mr. Suresh Kumar Poddar will continue as Chairman and Managing Director & CEO for three years from April 2026. M/s V.M. & Associates has been appointed Secretarial Auditor for five years, while cost and internal auditors have been re-appointed for FY 2025-26. Company Secretary Mr. Pawan Kumar Kumawat resigned and will be succeeded by Mr. Kapil Arora. Mr. Pankaj Kumar Pandey is the new General Manager-Operations at the Dhodsar plant.
