EPL Limited — Others, 08-05-2025: Change in Auditors

EPL has announced a board meeting approving the re-appointment of Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as Statutory Auditors for five years starting after the 42nd AGM until the 47th AGM in 2030, subject to shareholder consent. Dilip Bharadiya & Associates will be appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, also pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Jitendrakumar & Associates have been re-appointed as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26. These appointments strengthen governance by ensuring consistent audit oversight.
