W. H. Brady & Co. Ltd. has announced providing a corporate guarantee and pledged its fixed deposit receipt as security to Bank of Baroda for bank guarantees totaling Rs. 4.60 Cr to support Brady Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and associated production entities. Being a group company, W. H. Brady & Co. and its promoters have a direct interest in this arrangement, carried out on an arm’s length basis. This creates a contingent liability equal to the bank guarantee amount but does not currently impact the company’s operations or financials.
