Titan Company Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 08-05-2025: Dividend

Titan has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹11 per share, pending shareholder approval. Dividend payment and dispatch will follow the Annual General Meeting. Consolidated revenue rose 22% YoY to ₹15,032 Cr in Q4 and 18% to ₹60,942 Cr for FY25. Profit before tax was ₹1,218 Cr for Q4 and ₹4,535 Cr for FY25. Strong growth came from Jewellery and Watches, while Emerging Businesses continue investing for the future.
