B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Limited has announced a subcontract agreement with Kevadiya Construction Limited for a project in Namakkal Municipality, Tamil Nadu, valued at INR 102.05 Cr (including GST). The contract, focused on infrastructure development, is expected to be completed within 24 months. Neither the promoters nor group companies of B.R.Goyal hold any interest in Kevadiya Construction, and this is not a related party transaction. This deal expands B.R.Goyal’s project portfolio and revenue potential in Tamil Nadu’s infrastructure sector.
