Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 08-05-2025: Rights Issue

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services is raising up to Rs. 2996 Cr through a rights issue, offering 1 new share for every 8 held at Rs. 194 each. The record date is May 14, 2025. This will increase the equity base from about 123.55 Cr shares to around 139 Cr shares, diluting existing holdings but boosting capital for growth and strengthening the balance sheet. Shareholders can subscribe or trade their rights before the issue closes in early June.
