Sula Vineyards Limited — Board Meeting, 08-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sula Vineyards has announced a board meeting on 8 May 2025 where it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year. Revenue inched up to INR 619.38 Cr from INR 608.65 Cr last year, while profit before tax slipped to INR 88.34 Cr from INR 125.78 Cr. Net profit declined to INR 70.20 Cr versus INR 93.31 Cr previously. The board approved a final dividend of INR 3.60 per share and greenlit the acquisition of ND Wines Pvt Ltd for INR 13.10 Cr. Sunil Agarwal & Co. was appointed as secretarial auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
