Silver Touch Technologies has announced a board meeting on May 8, 2025, approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted consolidated revenue of ₹291.7 Cr and net profit of ₹22.20 Cr for FY25, up from ₹227.3 Cr and ₹16.06 Cr in FY24. The Board approved relocating the registered office within Ahmedabad and appointed M/s Rajiv Ahuja & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY26. Five senior executives, including the Global Delivery Head and Head of Digital Transformation, were redesignated as Senior Management Personnel to strengthen governance.
