ANDHRA PAPER LIMITED — Board Meeting, 08-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Andhra Paper has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, with clean reports from MSKA & Associates. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1 per share (50%), subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Papia Sengupta is set for re-appointment as an Independent Director for a second three-year term starting September 1, 2025. The company also plans to appoint M/s. D. Hanumanta Raju & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five years, awaiting shareholder approval.
