Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 08-05-2025: Rights Issue

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services is raising up to Rs. 2996.16 Cr through a rights issue at Rs. 194 per share, offering 1 new share for every 8 held. The record date is 14th May 2025. This will increase the total shares from about 123.55 Cr to 138.99 Cr, diluting existing stakes unless shareholders subscribe to maintain their ownership.
