Hindustan Construction Company Limited — Board Meeting, 08-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Hindustan Construction Company has announced a board meeting on which it approved raising up to ₹1,500 Cr via equity, debentures, or global depository receipts to fuel growth and operations. CFO Girish Gangal is retiring by May-end, with Deputy CFO Rahul Shukla taking over from June 1. Shukla has 23+ years of experience in capital raising, banking, and project management. The Board also plans to appoint BNP & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder nod.
