Sula Vineyards has announced a board meeting on 8 May 2025 to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 3.60 per share, pending shareholder approval at the AGM on 26 June 2025. Shareholders eligible for the dividend will be determined as of 23 May 2025, with payment expected within 30 days after the AGM.
