Sahana System Limited — Board Meeting, 08-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sahana System has announced a board meeting in which it approved consolidated financial results showing revenue soaring to Rs. 167.45 Cr, more than doubling from last year’s Rs. 69.05 Cr. Profit before tax jumped to Rs. 55.88 Cr, and net profit climbed sharply to Rs. 39.20 Cr, with EPS at Rs. 46.72. The company strengthened its balance sheet by raising Rs. 48.87 Cr through a rights issue last year, fully deployed for working capital and growth. Strategic acquisitions of majority stakes in two subsidiaries have expanded its presence in software and EV charging sectors.
