The National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai bench, has approved the scheme of amalgamation of five promoter companies—Avinash Fuels Pvt Ltd, Purti Marketing Pvt Ltd, Greenedge Constructions Pvt Ltd, Nagpur Sugars Pvt Ltd, and Purti Contract Farming Pvt Ltd—into Chaitanya Constructions and Builders Pvt Ltd. Post-amalgamation, Chaitanya Constructions replaces the other promoters as the sole promoter of CIAN without any change in shareholding percentages or paid-up capital. This consolidation simplifies the promoter structure, improves financial strength, reduces compliance burden, and enhances operational efficiency, positioning the combined entity to better capitalize on growth opportunities.
