Sula Vineyards has announced a board meeting and approved up to Rs. 15 Cr investment via rights issue in its subsidiary, Artisan Spirits Private Limited (ASPL). ASPL, involved in alcoholic beverages and hospitality, reported a turnover of Rs. 84.92 Cr in FY 2024-25. The fresh capital will strengthen ASPL’s net worth and facilitate repayment of loans from Sula, maintaining full ownership while supporting growth and balance sheet stability.
