Sun Retail Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the appointment of M/s. DDS & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad, as the new statutory auditor to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. N.S. Nanavati & Co. The new auditors will hold office for the financial year 2024-25 until the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Shareholders will approve this appointment through an ordinary resolution at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting. The company is also providing e-voting for shareholders to participate remotely.
