The Rs 14.03 Cr cash deal aligns with Shemaroo’s strategy to expand its broadcast portfolio. Three Shemaroo promoter directors also serve on Aikyam’s board, marking this as a related party transaction. Expected to close by end-May 2025, the acquisition will enhance Shemaroo’s content distribution and broadcasting strength.
