Sika Interplant Systems Limited has announced a board meeting on to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, with auditors giving an unmodified opinion. A final dividend of Rs. 2.40 per equity share (face value Rs. 2) has been proposed, subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved the appointment of N K Hebbar & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years and Mr. M. Thimmarayaswamy as Cost Auditor for 2025-26.
