Remedium Lifecare’s Singapore-based subsidiary, Remlife Global, has announced a strategic partnership with JiyaYu Lifesciences to replace animal-origin raw materials in APIs and intermediates via scalable green chemistry solutions. The collaboration involves exclusive licensing of biocatalyst and fermentation technologies aimed at sustainable, cost-effective, and high-quality production. Remlife Global plans to commercialize these technologies across multiple GMP-compliant sites globally. Each product has a commercial potential of ₹50 Cr, targeting revenues of ₹100 Cr and EBITDA of ₹20-25 Cr in FY26 from two products, doubling by FY27. This move enhances supply chain resilience, ethical standards, and environmental sustainability.
