The company is investing INR 1.57 Cr to increase its stake in Ceigall Jalbehra Shahbad Greenfield Highway Pvt Ltd, backing its 4-lane highway project in Haryana under the Hybrid Annuity Model. Additionally, it’s acquiring a 1% stake (~INR 0.29 Cr) in Ceigall Ludhiana Bathinda Greenfield Highway Pvt Ltd to support a 6-lane highway in Punjab. These investments boost Ceigall’s annuity-based road portfolio, aiming for steady, long-term cash flows through infrastructure expansion.
